Doug has conducted marketing and research projects for a wide range of publishers, corporations, not-for-profit organizations, show producers, CVBs and exhibitors. Today, ESG is uniquely positioned to assess industry-wide challenges and provide strategies to improve business outcomes.

Doug’s extensive research experience began at the Directors Guild of America which set the roots for his valuation of union, association and club membership. Doug has conducted domestic and foreign membership surveys as well as a wide range of national and international consumer studies for ads, products and services.

Jerry is an expert in sample integrity, and a 12 year market research veteran.  His work has been published in leading market research publications, and he has authored a range of custom and syndicated studies covering regional, national and global markets.

Jerry offers the unique ability to turn various forms of data into actionable insight and recommendations. He’s adept at conducting surveys online and on-site.

Gregg Zollo

Project Director

Gregg brings a decade of promotional and event planning experience to Event Survey Group. As both an event planner and exhibitor Gregg’s data analysis and recommendations are grounded in real world experience.

Gregg has directed all aspects of highly visible integrated marketing campaigns. He is a seasoned on-site survey recruiter experienced in mall intercepts, in store events, festivals and conventions.
